The Heber Valley Railroad

About a year ago the family and I went to the Heber Valley Railroad in Heber Utah. Thomas the Train and Friends were in town, so we all went up to take a ride on the train. While I was there I took some photos of some of the engines and cars that were up there. There were a lot of people up there and it was a great time. I would like to go back this winter for a ride down Provo Canyon on the Heber Creeper. I think that would make a great post for the future. Here are a few of the pictures that I took at the Heber Valley Railroad.

Cute and Cuddly

I thought I had posted this picture before. Days after returning from Iraq I took the family on a road trip to San Diego. While there we went to the San Diego Zoo and I snapped this great picture of a cute and cuddly panda bear. I hope you enjoy.

Each sunset is it's own

The Great Salt Lake offers some of the best sunset views, and each one is so very different. When I took the pictures of the graffiti train car and the building I stepped around the corner of the building and as I looked off to the northwest I saw this great sunset. I hope you all enjoy.

A few months ago I took my girls to the Great Salt Lake to take some picture of the building and train car that have been covered in graffiti. I think these pictured turned out great. I fact I think I will print out the landscape version of the train car in a gallery wrap.

I have not printed with Costco Photo yet, but from what I have seen they do some really good work. I have printed gallery wraps with Adorama, and they do great work. I definitely recommend Adorama for everything from equipment to prints to even learning about photography. I hope you enjoy these images.
